WandaVision Ep. 3 and 4 Easter Eggs and Review. Is Wanda The Villain?
Character Cameos
The Twins: Billy and Tommy
The twins have finally come, after only one episode. Wanda had a speedy pregnancy, which is not something out of the ordinary. At least not for her. In the comics, the twins were created by Wanda and another Mutant/Magic user named Mephisto. Mephisto is notoriously a villain within the comics and perhaps plays a bigger role in the show than we may realize. Maybe Mephisto is the one helping Wanda forget her old life and create this alternate reality.
It is also worth noting that Billy and Tommy both have powers in the comics as well. So as we see them age we could see some hints to those powers. Billy takes after his mom and gets similar powers to her own. He also decides to go by the alias Wicaan when he is older. Tommy on the other hand, does not take after Vision, but rather Quicksilver. He gets the ability of super speed and goes by the very original name..... Speed.
Pietro/Quicksilver (Referenced)
Speaking of speed. Quicksilver and Ultron get a name drop. For the most part we do not hear Wanda reference her brother in the movies after his death. So it is real intriguing to see her talk about him here. It definitely took its toll on her from the way she talks about him. Perhaps this is another reason she has created this reality.
Darcy Lewis
Last Appearance: Thor: The Dark World

The last time we see Darcy she is still the goofy sidekick (who also has her own sidekick lol) of Jane. Now we get to see her branched off from the shadows of Thor and Jane.
Rambeau Family
Last appearance: Captain Marvel

The Rambeau family definitely has played a large role in the MCU. Just often times behind the scenes. Now we get a closer look into the life of Monica Rambeau instead of her mother. The cool thing about Monica is that she does become Captain Marvel in the comics. So she might just be around for a while. Whether that is as the new Captain eventually or as a foundational member of S.W.O.R.D.
Jimmy Woo
Last Appearance: Ant-Man and the Wasp

It is hard not to like the character of Jimmy Woo. Even though he is chasing Ant-Man in the latest Ant-Man movie, you almost feel like rooting for him. It is nice to see that he has finally embraced the crazy side of the Marvel Universe. We can tell that he is more experienced and comfortable around this when he can tell that there is a barrier keeping them out of the town housing WandaVision.
Vision's Corpse
Last Appearance: Avengers Infinity War
By far the coolest and most terrifying cameo of this episode. We see Vision as he was at the end of Infinity War. Left with a huge chunk missing from his head and all greyed out. I believe that Wanda may actually be puppeteering Vision's corpse. He is a computer though, so there is still data that can be worked with and used. Wanda may just be the one giving him a bit of a power boost. Either way, I am almost positive this is actually Vision and not a figment of her imagination. Because now we know the town and the people are real. And if she could create life from scratch, then she would have brought her brother back.
Easter Eggs
The Blip AKA the "Unsnap"
The opening of episode 4 is so beautifully designed that it immediately brings you back to Infinity War when everyone got dusted. But instead of the comedic take that Spiderman: Far from Home had on the blip, we see a much more grounded take. We see people in panic, people not even knowing they were gone, and people appearing out of nowhere at different times. Also, when you really think about it, those few minutes were also the last of Tony's life. R.I.P. Ironman.
We first get a hint that Geraldine is with S.W.O.R.D. when we see the necklace she is wearing during episode 3. Skip ahead to episode 4 and we realize she is Monica Rambeau and a S.W.O.R.D. agent who has been snapped for the past 5 years. As we follow her story we get to see their HQ based on Earth instead of the space station we see in Far From Home. And then we also learn what S.W.O.R.D. stand for. In the comics it stood for Sentient World Observation and Response Department and we find out that it has changed to Sentient Weapons Observation and Response Department in the MCU. This might have changed due to the lack of a S.H.E.I.L.D. in the MCU and now has them oversee powerful threats/people such as Wanda or the Avengers and their villains.
New Jersey
Hyrda Soak
This Easter Egg came from another commercial. It is as straight forward as it gets basically. Although, there have now been 2 commercials with Hydra themes and only 1 Stark. Maybe Hydra still has some remnants left. Or maybe it is just a call back to Wanda's origins with hydra in Age of Ultron. It's probably the ladder.
Jimmy Woo finally mastered his magic trick
Probably the most heart-warming Easter Egg on this list. Jimmy finally perfected his card trick that we saw him practicing in Ant-Man and the Wasp. We see him nail it when he hands Monica his card. Practice makes perfect Jimmy.
The name Skrulls was written on the board of theories when everyone is trying to figure out what is going on with Wanda. This might be on the board due to their shape shifting abilities. Perhaps they think Wanda is a Skrull or that they are the townspeople. Hopefully, this will not be the only reference of Skrulls in this series. It would be cool to see someone revealed to be one this whole time and set up the Secret Invasion storyline from the comics. If you're unfamiliar with that comic-line, it is when Skrulls invaded Earth and took the place of many Avengers, political leaders, and agents.
The Mystery Unraveling
We see who is watching Wanda and Vision.
So, the person that has been watching the WandaVison with us this whole time turns out to be Darcy. I think it is awesome that she seems to be just as invested as we are.
There is actually a full season of WandaVision episodes per decade
