There were plenty of cameos and Easter Eggs featured in the latest episodes of WandaVision. The mystery has begun to unfold and now the show is really starting to run. If you missed the vibe that MCU movies have had over the years then you are in luck because we have now gotten a taste of that vibe. And I don't believe it will be going away throughout the rest of the season. The final four episodes will definitely be much different than the first 3, now that we have been given a taste of the greater plot going on outside the realm of WandaVision. Here are some of the top cameos and Easter Eggs I was able to find. Read to the end for my theory on what may happen throughout the rest of the season.

WARNING....... SPOILERS. If you have not watched WandaVision Episodes 3 and 4, please do so before reading. You'll get more out of it that way.

Character Cameos

The Twins: Billy and Tommy

https://img4.looper.com/img/gallery/wandavision-the-untold-truth-of-billy-and-tommy/l-intro-1611287008.jpg

The twins have finally come, after only one episode. Wanda had a speedy pregnancy, which is not something out of the ordinary. At least not for her. In the comics, the twins were created by Wanda and another Mutant/Magic user named Mephisto. Mephisto is notoriously a villain within the comics and perhaps plays a bigger role in the show than we may realize. Maybe Mephisto is the one helping Wanda forget her old life and create this alternate reality.

It is also worth noting that Billy and Tommy both have powers in the comics as well. So as we see them age we could see some hints to those powers. Billy takes after his mom and gets similar powers to her own. He also decides to go by the alias Wicaan when he is older. Tommy on the other hand, does not take after Vision, but rather Quicksilver. He gets the ability of super speed and goes by the very original name..... Speed.

Pietro/Quicksilver (Referenced)

Speaking of speed. Quicksilver and Ultron get a name drop. For the most part we do not hear Wanda reference her brother in the movies after his death. So it is real intriguing to see her talk about him here. It definitely took its toll on her from the way she talks about him. Perhaps this is another reason she has created this reality.

Darcy Lewis
Last Appearance: Thor: The Dark World

https://tvline.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/wandavision-darcy-kat-dennings.jpg?w=620

The last time we see Darcy she is still the goofy sidekick (who also has her own sidekick lol) of Jane. Now we get to see her branched off from the shadows of Thor and Jane.

Rambeau Family
Last appearance: Captain Marvel

https://media.comicbook.com/2020/09/wandavision-monica-rambeau-teyonah-parris-1237765-1280x0.jpeg

The Rambeau family definitely has played a large role in the MCU. Just often times behind the scenes. Now we get a closer look into the life of Monica Rambeau instead of her mother. The cool thing about Monica is that she does become Captain Marvel in the comics. So she might just be around for a while. Whether that is as the new Captain eventually or as a foundational member of S.W.O.R.D.

Jimmy Woo
Last Appearance: Ant-Man and the Wasp

It is hard not to like the character of Jimmy Woo. Even though he is chasing Ant-Man in the latest Ant-Man movie, you almost feel like rooting for him. It is nice to see that he has finally embraced the crazy side of the Marvel Universe. We can tell that he is more experienced and comfortable around this when he can tell that there is a barrier keeping them out of the town housing WandaVision.

Vision's Corpse
Last Appearance: Avengers Infinity War

https://media.comicbook.com/2021/01/wandavision-episode-4-vision-dead-1254550.jpeg?auto=webp&width=1201&height=628&crop=1201:628,smart

By far the coolest and most terrifying cameo of this episode. We see Vision as he was at the end of Infinity War. Left with a huge chunk missing from his head and all greyed out. I believe that Wanda may actually be puppeteering Vision's corpse. He is a computer though, so there is still data that can be worked with and used. Wanda may just be the one giving him a bit of a power boost. Either way, I am almost positive this is actually Vision and not a figment of her imagination. Because now we know the town and the people are real. And if she could create life from scratch, then she would have brought her brother back.

Easter Eggs

The Blip AKA the "Unsnap"

https://media.comicbook.com/2021/01/wandavision-monica-blip-endgame-1254587-1280x0.jpeg

The opening of episode 4 is so beautifully designed that it immediately brings you back to Infinity War when everyone got dusted. But instead of the comedic take that Spiderman: Far from Home had on the blip, we see a much more grounded take. We see people in panic, people not even knowing they were gone, and people appearing out of nowhere at different times. Also, when you really  think about it, those few minutes were also the last of Tony's life. R.I.P. Ironman.

S.W.O.R.D. Necklace and HQ
https://static0.srcdn.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Wandavision-Geraldine-necklace-meaning-logo.jpg

We first get a hint that Geraldine is with S.W.O.R.D. when we see the necklace she is wearing during episode 3. Skip ahead to episode 4 and we realize she is Monica Rambeau and a S.W.O.R.D. agent who has been snapped for the past 5 years. As we follow her story we get to see their HQ based on Earth instead of the space station we see in Far From Home. And then we also learn what S.W.O.R.D. stand for. In the comics it stood for Sentient World Observation and Response Department and we find out that it has changed to Sentient Weapons Observation and Response Department in the MCU. This might have changed due to the lack of a S.H.E.I.L.D. in the MCU and now has them oversee powerful threats/people such as Wanda or the Avengers and their villains.

New Jersey

https://decider.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/wandavision-4-new-jersey.jpg?quality=80&strip=all&w=1024

This one is a nice quick Easter Egg calling back to Captain America the First Avenger. New Jersey has played a pivotal role in Rogers life since he got his powers there and found Arnim Zola (Computer dude from Winter Soldier) hidden in the camp there. New Jersey is also where the new character Ms. Marvel will grow up and where the show will take place.

Hyrda Soak

This Easter Egg came from another commercial. It is as straight forward as it gets basically. Although, there have now been 2 commercials with Hydra themes and only 1 Stark. Maybe Hydra still has some remnants left. Or maybe it is just a call back to Wanda's origins with hydra in Age of Ultron. It's probably the ladder.

Jimmy Woo finally mastered his magic trick

https://static2.srcdn.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/WandaVision-Episode-4-Jimmy-Woo-Card-Trick.jpg?q=50&fit=crop&w=960&h=500

Probably the most heart-warming Easter Egg on this list. Jimmy finally perfected his card trick that we saw him practicing in Ant-Man and the Wasp. We see him nail it when he hands Monica his card. Practice makes perfect Jimmy.

Skrulls

https://compote.slate.com/images/15b747a7-fbb7-43d1-bc46-1918125c3bfd.png?width=780&height=520&rect=1793x1196&offset=39x299

The name Skrulls was written on the board of theories when everyone is trying to figure out what is going on with Wanda. This might be on the board due to their shape shifting abilities. Perhaps they think Wanda is a Skrull or that they are the townspeople. Hopefully, this will not be the only reference of Skrulls in this series. It would be cool to see someone revealed to be one this whole time and set up the Secret Invasion storyline from the comics. If you're unfamiliar with that comic-line, it is when Skrulls invaded Earth and took the place of many Avengers, political leaders, and agents.

The Mystery Unraveling

We see who is watching Wanda and Vision.

https://img.buzzfeed.com/buzzfeed-static/static/2021-02/1/21/asset/43d236a0b24a/sub-buzz-8013-1612214072-7.png?downsize=700%3A%2A&output-quality=auto&output-format=auto&output-quality=auto&output-format=auto&downsize=360:*

So, the person that has been watching the WandaVison with us this whole time turns out to be Darcy. I think it is awesome that she seems to be just as invested as we are.

There is actually a full season of WandaVision episodes per decade

https://www.denofgeek.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/wandavision-elizabeth-olsen-classic-tv.png?resize=768%2C432

Unfortunately for us, Darcy gets more episodes. There is actually a full season per decade of sitcoms. This way, they are able to monitor their activity for longer. Sadly, we only get 8 episodes and not even a full 22 or 23 that would come along with a sitcom of those eras.

The Beekeeper and the Toy Helicopter

https://nerdist.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/WandaVision-Helicopter.jpg

Thanks to episode 4, we now can see that the beekeeper was actually a S.W.O.R.D. agent and the helicopter was a drone. It seems that Wanda has retro-ized these items in a way once they entered the town. This seems to have happened to Monica as well when she takes on the persona of Geraldine.

Jimmy is the one talking to Wanda

https://www.cheatsheet.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Randall-Park-in-WandaVision.jpeg

Lastly, we find out who is "interrupting" Wanda. She is clearly trying to ignore it, but hopefully Jimmy persist. She does seem terrified when he talks to her each time. Maybe she is trying to hide or hide something. Or someone has manipulated her to the point where she can't trust anyone other than those she has in the town.

Theories

I believe that the next three episodes will be 80's, 90's and 2000's themed, with more than just the sitcom stuff we saw from the first 3 episodes. The last episode will probably be the climax where Wanda seems to realize what is fully happening and fights whatever the bigger threat is.

Right now it seems like she is the villain. But I believe that there is someone sinister working and manipulating Wanda based off of her desire to be with Vision and have a normal life. They could be feeding off of this or trying to use her powers to bring something to the world of the MCU. I feel like this person could possibly be Agnus, the next door neighbor. S.W.O.R.D. has not found her real identity yet, and she always seems to be close by when something happens. Perhaps this is someone I mentioned earlier.... Mephisto.

Picture of Mephisto From Comics

Either way, I do not believe that Wanda is completely in control, even though she may think she is. So for those of you longing for some good old MCU action scenes, I think you may be in luck. Just stick around to the end.
